That's avery nice-looking lever rifle!

I do have a question, though. I've always wondered where one holds that rifle. I know where the trigger hand goes, but what about the other hand? Do you sort of hold the frame of the receiver, or do you just go ahead and hold onto the mag tube?

Ah,,,it is so nice when FACTS confront dogma, even if it is MY dogma. National Forests are run by the Agriculture Department, not by the Nazi Park Service of the Interior Department. The Forest Service does allow private citizens to carry HANDGUNS on Forest Service land.
