Which scope base/mount for a Winchester 94AE .357 carbine?
QUESTION : I need to put a scope on a Winchester 94AE .357 carbine, and I am wondering what scope mount to get and where to get it. I've looked at bunches of these online, but I am not seeing one that specifically says: "This is for the Winchester 94AE, and you can't go wrong using it." H...

It is nice that they will take the gun back, but it sounds like their customer service is very poor and we're not talking about something inexpensive and essential that we're going to buy more of no matter what, such as toilet paper at $6 a package. We're talking about expensive hobby-related items ...

It is sad on many levels, not the least of which is that so many people think a wealth-flaunting talk show host is somehow a leader who can provide essentail wisdom to guide their lives. Mike, you are getting some good advice here. I have a .357 Magnum Winchester 94AE Trapper that I got a month ago, and I really like it. As someone else said, however, I wouldn’t want to leave my Winchester’s in the vehicle or let them get banged up. http://www.acslpa.org/pa_uniform_firearms_act....

Polycarbonate lenses make it hard to read because the light refracts so many times going through the various layers. Safer than regular plastic for shooting? Sure. But don't count on reading anything.
