Why in the world would you wanta mess up good smoked brisket, sausage, ribs or goat with some dang ole BBQ sauce ??
If the meat is smoked correctly maybe a little salt on the beef and a little salt/pepper on the goat.... :D

Always a Case...usually a Trapper. All are older with carbon steel blades. I like the bone handles but also have a really nice yellow handle. Gonna be buried with one in my right front pocket (overalls if I have my way).

If you can find it Pecard antique leather dressing seems to work well. I clean thee leather with a soft cloth and make sure it is dry and rub it in well.
