Went to scout around deer camp with the dog this morning and stopped to take in the view.

No pic at the moment, put I've ran about 2400 rounds through a model 15-4 in the last two years that I only paid $200 for. Feels good on the hip even after a 8 mile hike and hits were I aim.

Used the Sierra 125 at around 2450 in the 30-30 and it blew a nice golfball sized hole through a doe. I prefer the Speer Hot-cor 130gr for the 30-30 and 30-06. I've shot deer with both. the 06 at around 2700-2800 fps. Plenty of damage and a pass through on another doe. Deer went down in a few yards....
