Model 39 S&W
Back when I went a bit off the deep end with Marlin leverguns, and single shot rifles, I sold off a huge number of my S&W collection, and had some immediate regrets for selling certain handguns. One of those was my Model 39 S&W 9mm, which was one of the finest 9mm handguns I'd ever owned. Ye...

I never got banned, but I got a warning once for just mentioning I had some old Marlin parts I was thinking of selling. Some idiot sent me a warning message telling me I needed to post this in the "For Sale" section, and I told him I hadn't even decided if I was selling, or what price I'd ...

Green Dot was one of the first powders I ever loaded with in my handguns. Used it in .38 Special, .45 Colt, 9mm and .45ACP, all with good results. Also used it in my 12 ga. for trap loads with great success. I still use it a lot for handgun loads.

I looked at the price for World Buffalo powder and it's not cheaper than my IMR4198 that I love from Powder Valley. The free hazmat helps, but not enough for me to change powders. I paid $374 for the last keg of IMR4198 with hazmat and shipping added. The Buffalo powder at Natchez is $352, and guess...

I bought a few plastic two hole U shaped notches years ago and screwed them to the front of my reloading/gunsmithing bench. They're always handy to be able to quickly situate a rifle in the notch and keep them from falling over.

I've misplaced guns before, but usually find them in one of the safes, or still in a gun case in my gun room. Not long ago I was looking for a handgun to take with me, and discovered it spooning under a pillow on the bed with my Colt 1911 .45!

Personally if the powder was something I used I'd gladly pay 75% of current prices on sealed containers. Anything that's possibly a partial would need to be guesstimated, and adjusted by volume. On powders I likely wouldn't use I'd want to get them low enough to resell for a small profit to friends,...

Marlin sold one of those back in the 1800's when they offered their first .22 rimfire model 1891 side loading lever action rifle! The tiny little 1891 and .22RF cartridges was a bit difficult for owners to load into the side gate, so they offered a tube loader to make the rifle easier to load.
