Any recoil pad could be the best.It all depends on the fit and length of pull.A nice soft pad might feel good but make the stock too long.Shape of it may hang up on jackets or the material maybe too sticky or slippery.Depending on body type and type of shooting will determine the pad.Something for t...

One peice of good news is there is a Bass pro shops 10 min. from there.If he has hunting,

I have no problem if they are controlled.I believe at one time there were no cattle all over
the plains.Some places dont support much for natural game so placing exotics there can
be a plus in my view.Look at what New Zealand has done with exotics,also Argentina.

I had a Beeman and got rid of it because it was so noisy.I shoot cb longs out of my pump

No problem here with big horn canyon,I have been there before.You wont have to worry
about mud there,its too steep to get muddy.Have youre climbing boots on.That place would
be great for a traditional equipment style hunt.Anytime you can be out with a gun is a good
time.
