Its pretty hard to go from a slick wingmaster to a express.I even thought of getting another
wingmaster or even the Benelli nova pump.

I use the bikini also but if you had a couple of those plastic caps they put on hydralic
lines and fittings that fit each end of the scope,then put something that streches from one
to the other.It might look a little trailer park but would work.

I always thought the roberts was a better round and wonderd why the 243 helped
put it to rest,other than being based off the 308 case.The numbers favor the 257
by a slight margin and you can go a little heavier on the bullets.

I was just looking at my 1975 336 30-30 and noticed that the tube mag has a 1/16 gap between tube and barrel where it comes out of the wood.The band next too the front sight that holds them together pulls them together at no gap.It seems to be pulling tube up so it has a bend up.I checked my mag on ...

Its amazing how things can penetrate.I used too buy those Norinco steel core 7.62-39 for 2 bucks a box in the 90s and was testing them.Couldnt get them too stop in 32 inches of phone books ply wood backer and a nice hole in a tire sidewall.My 7mm mag only went 10-12 inches...I wish I could get more ...
