It will work. Not many times. I've shot blackpowder in a lot of cartridges not originally intended for it. I've shot blackpowder in lots of things not intended for it. Surprisingly, I still have all my fingers, my eyes and most of my eyebrows. :)

Lee Jurras

John Taffin sent word this morning that Lee Jurras passed away in the night. He had been battling cancer for some time. He was a pioneer and did more for the shooting industry than most folks realize. He will be missed.

I will be going to Africa this next month. I plan on being there about a month before returning. I am taking my 18 year-old grand-daughter with me. We will be dedicating the Computer Center in Twyla's memory.

I have shot on public ranges near Austin, TX and never ran into anyone doing anything unsafe. The range is Controlled by Range Officers and they run a pretty tight ship. It is limited - especially to those of us who either had our own ranges or lived where we could shoot anytime in the country. But ...
