I have a soft spot for both, but a Model 71 saved my life once. It jumped up to my shoulder, fired, and dropped a charging moose 10 feet from me in a split second. I saw it happen.

Fellas, the Swiss looks good, but like all military bolt guns they are for the right handed crowd. I've passed on '03s, 1917's, various Lee Enfields and so on.
