Question for KirkD 32wcf
Gday Kirk, just a question on the 32wcf have you figured any loads using a lead hardcast 115gr roundnose flatpoint. The reason I ask is I went to my local gunshop today and picked up my 12g shottie I had on order. Whilst there the owner showed me a beautiful Winchester 92 in very good condition 1924...

My local town went under on Monday with the Mary river peaking at close to 22 metres. No deaths just water damage and inconvenience, were cut-off for a couple of days. What is the first two or three digits of the serial number, the end of the mag tube, at the barrel end differs between the models and within some model ranges, if your going for authenticity. It looks like a third model from the side. Calibre looks like 44WCF, no step at the front of the receiver to...

Goodonya young fellah, hope you learn heaps. Gday again, yes the Russians were shown 44 rimfires, but they said no, we want a central fire number and thus the 44 Russian was born. Its all good stuff. Thats according to Pate on the S&W American model.

British sailors were also known as Jack Tars. I believe it was the practice with their long pigtails to use tar as a probable form of vermin control in the early unsanitary seagoing environment. Pigtails being tared.

Gday Pop, 8g Unique is not a bad way to go. However with the 200g lead by Hawkesbury sized 427 13.5 to 14 of 2400 in my rifle is a tackdriver, the pressure levels equate to blackpowder loads, so should not be a problem in your originals.
