According to british standards of the 17th century, a 34# cannon ball was just over 6 inches, and that was considered a large cannon, the next size up was a 42#, I guess that was considered a yuuuge cannon, lol

Just speculating....but why not a 1911 carbine? The guns and ammo were already in the system, it would have been lightweight, the recoil manageable in a carbine, and no one ever dissed the 45's effectiveness. I can't imagine it would have been difficult to come up with a working model very quickly, ...

A true Kukri will handle brush, trees, bears, and two legged miscreants, but the reverse curve takes a little getting used to, needs more of a wrist snap to get the most out of it. The Nepali Ghurkas take using a kukri to a new level....Those guys are scary good....LOL I always thought the Woodsman ...

The longer the barrel, the quieter it will be, Sub sonic ammo is twice as expensive then regular target rounds...which are sub sonic. I run the target rounds through Pacos 22 whack a mole tool, it puts a nice flat metplate on the bullet, at that low speed hollow points aren't very effective. 22 shor...

Frankly, I doubt you get much more BTU's out of the second barrel to be worth it, a single barrel stove will drive you out from the heat.
