I have locked the key's in my vehicle a few time's. I was alway's able to use the coathanger trick. With all the good used Marlin's around, no need to buy either one of these. I have handled both at the store, and wasn't impressed by them. Admittedly I havn't fired any. Remington need's to straighten out it's Marlin line.

Let us know how this work's out. I have a 2007 electraglide standard I bought new and has 18,400 mile's on it now. Has been completely reliable except for a inner primary seal when new, replaced under warranty. It's completely stock and have thought of doing similar mod's as you.

I have a Ruger single six, stainless 5.5"bbl with adjustable sight's. I've never fired the .22 mag cylinder. Wifey has a Ruger MK III (bull BBL or heavy BBL?) that is a pretty good shooter. I'm starting to like it more then my single six.

I have a Browning 1895 in 30-06. A very nice rifle. It's in excellent condition. What a shooter, very accurate. I really wish it was a 30-40. I reload and know the 30-06 will do all the 30-40 will but still wish mine was a 30-40. Anyone wanna trade? Very nice looking rifle Noah.

Hondo I have this same rifle. I had Leverguns make me a butt cuff for the stock, that took most of the bite out of it. My Marlin 1894 .41 mag loves LILGUN, I don't use a max load and just use large pistol primers. I have had no problems that I can tell. It is accurate and fast enough that I have never upped the charge. I'll keep using it.

Welcome to leverguns. Make sure the screw that holds the loading gate is tight. Might be a good idea to tighten all the screws in the action. Use a good screwdriver that fit's screws correctly. Good luck.

I have a Win 92 in .44 mag with a rifle butt that gives a pretty good bite if not held correctly. My solution was the same as yours,I had levergun (from Idaho) make me a leather butt cuff.It laces on and helped quite a bit.

I shoot my marlin 1894c .357 the most but I pick the 30-30 in either a marlin 336 or Winchester 94 as my favorite. They did it right when they came up with this one.

I was 7 years old and vaguely rember watching it at my grandparents house. 40 years ago Ted Kennedy also tried to float the oldsmobile. I wonder why this hasn't got much airtime?
