Marlin 1894 CL in 32-20

What would one expect to pay for a levergun like this? I may be putting mine up for sale. I know without more in it cant be determined precisely, a ballpark figure is what I'm wondering. Thanks, Tom

Hey Hobie!

With the 311008 Lyman mold. What diameter does it drop bullets from the mold? I'm looking at buying one new and need to know. On the Midway site it shows it as a .312", On the Midsouth it shows as a .311". Wondering what it actually is before I order. My 1894CL in 32-20 shoots the laser ca...

Burris Signature rings?

Is there any way to get a set of these rings for a Winchester 9422? I ordered a set of Weaver type Sign Zee rings and they were way to big for my gun. I'll keep them for future use. Burris's web site didnt give any measurements for there rings. Niether did Grafs, but the pic on Grafs site looked lik...

Is anyone here casting this Lyman 115gr bullet 311008?

I am interested in trying this in my 32-20. Dont really have cash to buy any, but I do have some indoor shooting range 357 mag brass to trade. Federal or R+P, cleaned in tumbler. Looks pretty good. Hows 2 bullets for one brass sound? Might be better to email me from my profile. Thanks, Tom

Couple of new family members

Our son and his girlfriend had a baby boy. Little "Chance". Oh ya, my wife and I had a baby girl. Her name is Maggie. Shes 10 weeks old and weighs 1.8lbs. I put some new pics on a slideshow and thought I was creating a new album, but it just added to the album I already had. The little gir...

Re: Marlin 1894CL, feeding problems

It sounds like I should take it to a smith as I dont have any decent tools. I dont want to muck it up. The only other bullets I've ran through it have been the Hornady 100gr XTP's. I never had a problem with them. When it jammed up with the first round I did get it out, looked at it and it showed no...

Re: Cleaning Rods

Can you tell me more about using this system with a lever action? I hate to admit it, but I really have no idea how to clean a levergun. Thats just one more reason I'm hanging out with you guys. Thanks Bear, in advance. Tom I've gone away from the standard type cleaning rods. I have been using the O...

Marlin 1894CL, feeding problems

This is the first time I've experienced this jamming. Its also the first time I've ran lead bullets through this gun. I started using lead bullets and the first round jammed. I had just loaded 100 test rounds with 2 different types of powder. I did get the first round to chamber, and the second no p...

32-20 and 115gr lazer cast bullets

I just recieved my laser cast bullets. Looking through my Lyman pistol and revolver handbook, 3rd Addition it shows using WSP primers. Is that the case, small PISTOL primers? I'm gonna load 50rds with Titegroup and 50rds with Unique. For Titegroup it shows a starting load of 3.2gr and a max of 3.6gr...

Sixgun, I wish I would have taken your advice. They called me a half hour ago and said she past away peacefully in her sleep. I think she really missed Kiowa. I know we miss them both.
