I would recommend loading ammo for yourself. I use accurate arms 2230 in my bolt 223 and its fairly clean, there may be cleaner powders but not that I know of. since I don't shoot much factory ammo, I am not shure what to recommend.

on cast boolits, the use of a gas check is needed over 1400 fps. i cast my own for my 30-30 and size at .311. you need to be at .001 to .002 over bore diameter for cast to be accurate and not lead your barrel.
