Rocky is 58 inches at the withers, ...if donkeys had withers. Largest Mammoth Donkey I've been on was 61 inches or 15.25 hands. Had to use a stool to reach the stirrup to mount. Have seen a couple taller than that though.

Perry - yesterday, I found one of my late spring born doelings dead, head caught through the fence behind our pond dyke. Can't remember how many times I've worked her head out of one or the other of our fences here since she grew horns. Her horns still weren't more than a 2.5 inches. Bless her heart...
