I hate lubing bullets !!! :shock: Despite having been reloading for 45 some years, I had never had done any lubing until a couple of weeks ago. Don't own any equipment to do it, and, furthermore, never in all those years cared to own any of it. The story - Had 700+ .452 caliber, 255 gr. SWC bullets...

Hobie - you missed one of my favorites, ...the Aguila Sniper SubSonic. A really weird looking cartridge with that 60 grain bullet atop the .22 short case, but it works a treat for me on squirrels. And no problems at all using it in my 10/22.

30 grains of 3031 for .30-30 with 150's, and 32 grains of same with 170's for my .32WS. Those two loads are perfect for my 94's, and do everything I'll want those levers to accomplish. Love IMR 3031.

RR7, you always seem to "do it right"! Great looking holster and just the thing for all your 1911's. Super rig with the belt, and the basket weave matches up very well. A real "pair to draw to", I'd say. Congratulations on your new acquisition.

Perry - ya' sure it's a Model 15-3? Never have seen a 6" Mod. 15. Open the crane and see if it's not marked Model 14-. If it is a 14 that's a very good price for that model in the condition you describe. And if it's a 15 it still pretty good price. I've seen all kinds of mis-marked Smith models...
