The internal machining was so bad that it did not feed properly....I disassembled it and took pics of all the parts and sent them to Chiappa in Italy and the Australian importers....Still have not heard from Chiappa but the Australian importers (Nioa Arms) answered me within 24 hours, had a replace...

What are your collective options about .38 Special 130gr "ball" FMJ ammo in a tube magazine? .38s have virtually zero kick in my Win 94 and the noses of this military ball ammo are quite blunt, but I thought I'd ask you all for your opinions on using it in a lever gun.

This is indeed good news and if you listen to the video at the website linked in Jeff's article they mention a $150 price point. I don't know which model that is in reference to but if these scopes come in at less than $200 I think they're going to be a great value as long as they deliver.
