I tried today with the Howa 1500 30-06, at a silver dollar sized target, 300 yards downrange; missed by 1.25 or so inches. I am still getting my windage correct after load development, and with these round nose cast bullets windage is tricky; but I am pretty sure I have the windage adjusted properly...

How well do the 420HC blades from Buck take an edge? Hard to do or easy? Another good shot; I'm doing very well with this rifle now.

Win94ae 30-30, 400 Yards, 4 Inch Target

I took a 400 yard shot with the Howa 1500 30-06 yesterday; I hit closer to center today with the 30-30.

This rifle has been working flawlessly; I have a lot of faith in it now.
