Gents,

I heard that she is still in surgery, and that it could take 9 hours for the whole procedure. If the doctors started on time, then 7:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, U.S.A. will be about when they finish up. That is 90 minutes from now.

Thanks for the prayers. Please, keep them coming.

POLITICS - Gun-hater Finds Out That She Likes Them!

People,

I found this woman's site while I was poking around the 'net, looking for stories on the Mayors against guns crowd:

http://www.yourish.com/2007/11/27/4027

I do not know anything about this lady, but she took to guns like a fish takes to water! Can I get an AMEN!? :D

Dastook, Chambering a round, while spinning a rifle, is possible. ...however, not all rifles will do it. Most will. A few of them will not. The open top of the Winchesters might let a round fly out of the action, if you can't keep up your rotaional speed. :!: Then, of course, bullet shape may get in...

What Les is talking about is a Winchester-branded Japanese gun without a safety button or slide, and with a half-cock hammer. There could be others out there, but, usually, the new Winchesters have added "safety features".
