Thanks for all the suggestions. I just want to try my old Winchester '73 out for the fun of it, so rather than spend a good deal for a cannelure tool, I will try the crimp die first and see how it works. :)

The last one I saw sell was one made up of leftover (reject?)( rough) parts with no serial number on the receiver. That was several years ago and it went for $1200 if I remember right. Crazy!!
