I like mine with 405s about 1500 fps, the full-blown 500 grainers make my eyes water :? Grizz loads some 525s to 1300 some fps and about 27,000..they are fairly mild and penetrate 12 gal milkjugs of water (Grizz, did I lie? :oops: ) You don't need to punish yourself to have a superior hunting round...

26" I love mine. I had the stock cut and a good pad put on; anything more than cowboy loads were a bit harsh for me. With a Marbles Tanger and the WWG Happy Trigger, this is the best shooter I have. If you can find another, jump right on it, you won't be sorry.
