Re: "Uncomfortable" experiences in the outdoors...
In 1964 I was working in west virginna treating old utility poles. I was following the line through the woods in a remote area. A probable moonshinner that looked like the guy in deliverance met me at a fence with 94 winchester and told me that was far as I was going. I didnt argue the point.

Okay, here is my bike/camping war story. Back around 1967 I rode harleys. Not part of the chopper crowd but dressers. The girl friend and I went for a ride up the kern river in california out of kernville. I am guessing it was memorial day. We didnt have a tent, just sleeping bags. I had been there ...

Through the years unique has always been my mainstay. It seems to give factory standard ballistics in all pistol calibers. If I had only one powder choice in handguns it would have to be unique. Then bullseye for light target loads and 2400 for the hot stuff. Thats all I have ever used, maybe a litt...

Not my story, but a good friend of mine. When he was a teenager in lousianna durring world war 11, they lived in a area where army aircore practiced airbatics. A pilot evidently lost his pen in a manuever and it landed on their lawn. There was a name of captain,- someone on it. He still has it.
