Re: UPS "modified" Browning B92

I have found a factory Browning B92 buttstock at Western Gun Parts, in Canada, and have ordered one. They had a few and will pick out one of the better ones to send me. They have had some for a while, but people have gotten a lot of the better ones and fit them to Winchester Model 92's (so they say)...

A final note on this subject. UPS just notified me today that they are going to pay the insured amount of my B92. They also said to have the rifle returned to me and use the insurance money to have a new stock made for it. Gee, it only took 4 months to get done what I had asked for in the first plac...

I don't know the force needed to break it, but I'm sure that it would not have broken if handled in a "normal" way. I feel it got caught in a log jam on a belt or was sticking out of a container and got broken during shipping. Still waiting to hear from the complaint I filed with my state'...

What do you think of my "Wanted, Dead or Alive" modified Browning B92 357mag???? This was done at "no charge, no pay the insured amount" by the UPS. I've been fighting them since the last of April and just filed a complaint with my state Attorney General. If needed the next step ...

Beware if you ship anything UPS

Please excuse my rant, but I have to blow off steam. On April 20th I shipped a Browning B92 357 mag. to TNTBigBore via UPS insured. It was put in a gun case and enclosed in a heavy firearms shipping box I got from a local dealer. Newspapers were packed tight around the case, between it and the box s...

This was the butt stock, of the B92 going to TNTBigBore, that UPS destroyed. New government math, that's all it is. :D

1/2 = 9/18
1/3 = 6/18
1/9 = 2/18

Total comes to 17/18, not a whole number.

Humor: Dividing late father's herd of 17 horses

A father had passed away, leaving his 3 sons a herd of 17 horses. The eldest son was to get 1/2 the herd. The second son was to get 1/3rd of the herd. The youngest son was to get 1/9th of the herd. As they sat on the corral fence, arguing about who was to get what, a neighbor came riding up. Afterin...

I can vouch that it's a shooter. Youngest son dropped a medium sized doe, at about 45 yards, with a shot to the base/left side of her neck and exited midway rightside of her rib cage. The 158gr. HP made a mess of her insides and she was DRT.
