Neither the .358 Winchester nor the .35 Whelen is "Blown out"! Both cartridges are simply necked up, the case body and shoulder remain identical to the parent cartridge.

The Gibbs, and Ackley, series of cartridges are something completely different.

You shouldn't use .25-35 dies, the shoulder position and angle are not the same and can result in excess headspace . This applies to .30 Remington/.30-30 for the same reason.
