I think you will have a real hard time with that. That shot is going to be pretty darn hard, not what you want to use to make a slug in a Lee mold. I would highly recommend you get some soft lead. If nothing else, get you a quantity of lead fishing sinkers to use instead of that shot, if you can't ...

One option I think more of us aging lever gun folks should explore is red dot sights. Red dots are small enough and light enough not to affect the handling and balance that we love so much in our lever guns. Red dots are also the fastest acquisition sights you can put on a lever gun, in my opinion....

now some of y'all may remember that, along with old guns, i like old tools. so a while back i bought an antique-ish set of micrometers off of ebay. they took a week or more to show up, and after looking at the box, i recon the delivery guy must have lost a wheel chock, and used my box as a replaceme...

. That's a Field Grade Model 1889 w/twist/Damascus barrels - the last & largest volume made of the Remington hammer shotguns. It's easily ID'd by the hammer(s), significantly different from all the rest, with that "teardrop" at the top/rear end of the large "C" shape. thanks...
