I assume it was Starline brass? It's good stuff, but hard.

I was going to mention in the .45-75 Brass thread about Rooster Labs CFL-56 case forming lube. It works really well, but it's a pain to get off the brass and out of the die when your done. :lol:

Bullets heck.. I can't even get lead. I had a never ending source of soft lead as well as reclaimed shot. One dried up and the skyrocketing prices killed off the free shot.

I cast up a bunch of bullets tonight. At 650grs a piece... the pot don't stay full long. :cry:

Last year when I had the bee (and bear) problem several people suggested Sevin-dust insecticide. Put it around the nest and they bring it in and it kills them off. I never got to try the stuff as the bear finished the job before I could.

I use a 2x Bushnell pistol scope. The only down side IMO is at dusk with the sun behind you, you can get reflection off the ocular lens which makes it hard to see.
