Primer Plant in Texas staffing soon-400 staff by 2023
The old Lone Star Ammo plant in East Texas is gearing up to produce primers. Will begin hiring soon. This will receive attention soon, so watch for it.
It is a new company, not one of the old names in in ammo.

Such negativity is common on some forums. My momma taught me that if you cannot say something nice, do not say anything at all.
I have a .357 rifle with 20 inch barrel and will use it within its capabilities. My wife took a deer with it and I have taken feral hogs with it.

Re: Most accurate levergun at 200 yards...
My problem is not a lack of accurate rifles, but a lack of good eyesight for target shooting. I can plug a bison, deer, Nilgai, cape buff, but seeing a teeny little bull at 200 yards is not so easy. Also, none of my lever guns are scoped. Another thing is that all my levers are hunting rifles and I ...

The first thing I did when I bought my M18 new was to put S&W magnum wood grips on it. That was back around 1955 or so. It still is a straight shooter. Strongly resembles my M19 4 incher.
