Re: Ithaca 37 20ga restoration
I couldn't get your web page story to open. I would like to read it as I own a model 37 supreme skeet in 20 gauge. I bought it new many years ago (1980`s??) on a huge discount sale. I am a little ashamed to admit I have never fired it. What are they worth? http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l320/fera...

Re: Were You "Naughty Or Nice" As a Kid ? ? ?
My dad told a good story of when he was a young man he worked for a farmer. They put in a milking machine. The farmer called his son and worked him over. The kid finaly asked his dad why he whipped him. The old man said, "See that machine? Well, leave it alone!" The kid hadn't done anything!

I recall my first day in first grade. A older boy picked on me. The older boy had stood on the merry go round balancing himself without holding the bars while others "zigzagged" it and dared me to do it. I wouldnt and he threw a stone at me that hit me in the head. I walked home to my folk...

You can still turn off at Hurricane and take the highway to Fredonia which comes out just south of Kanab. Otherwise you can go through Zion NP also from Hurricane but there is a charge (unless you have the golden age pass, a real deal!) It comes out at Mt Carmel about 20 miles before Kanab. Or, righ...

H. W. Creighton is finely stamped on the barrel. No other markings. Years ago I forgot what gun writer mentioned him in a article that he had him build some rifles. I have had this rifle since the early-mid 70's. I just googled him again and this came up. https://www.gunsinternational.com/guns-for-s...

Thanks. It`s 270 win. I don't recall any marks on the action but will have to pull it out and double check. The scope is a 10X weaver as you thought. There isn't a safety on the gun.
