My luck ran high.....

I guess I should have bought a lottery ticket. Yesterday, I took the opportunity to dissassemble and clean a Marlin 93. Wife was at work so I used the kitchen for a work area. Too cold to be outside in the unheated shop. Everything went well , with the exception of a few cuts on the hand and fingers...

J, I don't think that it is sold as loaded ammo now. Haveing one (rifle in 32-40) to shoot now was the straw that broke the camels back as far as me starting to cast bullets. A nice gentleman in Oklahoma is sending me some dies, brass, and some hand cast lead bullets in various size so that I can sl...

Bullets for the hornet are not FN. They are loadable in the 218 BEE however.

Folks tell me that they are ok to use because of the low recoil of the Bee and

they have never had any problem with magazine detonation.

218 Bee bullets?

I was looking for bullets for my Browning 65 in 218 Bee. I thought that we use the same bullets as for the 22 Hornet. However, none of the bullets have a nose design that looks friendly to the tubular magazine. Does this not matter in a low recoiling round like the bee? What are the recommendations?...
