I have taken 'em off and put 'em back on. I made similar action wrench and made a barrel vice that used a 2 ton bottle jack, 2 7/8" all threads and blocks of oak inletted to hold the barrel.

With the straight tapered cases, it is much easier (to me anyway) to reload than the 30-30. I collapsed shoulders when crimping the 30-30 a lot when was using jacketed bullets with no cannelure. I do have a storage question though. Do you leave the traditional (non-compound) bows strung all the time? This can cause them to take a set and lower their draw strength.

I didn't know if the cart is for shop/home storage or for access at tournament.
