I have just been diagnosed with very serious sleep apnea, and I have to get one of the CPAP machines. Do they work? Does it help with getting a refreshing sleep? Do you have to use O2 also with the machine?

I shoot this load in my Glenfield carbine as a single shot. In 2005, I toppled two South Dakota antelope with this outfit. The recoil from a Contender is really not bad, like all handguns, shooting from the bench is felt more. I have shot mostly 445 super mag from the contender, and its not to bad. I think the 454 full power loads in my Freedom Arms 83 is worse. And yes earplugs are needed, as with all shooting.
