Hit another milestone today...

Post by Ysabel Kid »

It has been exactly 4 months since I started trying to loose weight (on Monday, January 5, 2015). I went on an extremely, almost no-carb diet (except fresh fruit) and have stayed with it. I started at 221.6 pounds and today weighed in at an even 181.0. I've lost 40.6 pounds in 4 months! :D

For GameKeeper, Nath and Perry, that would be just under 3 stones!!!

Trying to delay the inevitable disc surgery. My back still hurts all the time, just a matter of degree. Losing the weight is helping!

Here I am in one of my favorite shirts (I don't take good "selfies" - wrong generation! )

Thanks for all the earlier encouragement fellas!

That's awesome! Over weight and bad back do not go well together. I have to watch my weight otherwise I raise cane with my back.

Outstanding! Need to do the same myself; I'm at 200 and need to be around 180.

Congratulations Jay.
Carrying too much weight as never been a problem for me, I'm the opposite, too darn skinny.
Anyway, I hope your back gets better real soon... :D
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.
