Sounds like he is lucky he didn't pee from his boat, that might be a life without parole offence.

Interesting behaviour by the manatee, must be a natural reaction to sensing something entering the river. Hardly a crime unless continually repeated to drive the manatee away.
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

Beware! I got some kind of popup about calling Microsoft to remove the adware spyware. Norton killed it but I'm still going to do a deep scan.

I was on a system with several layers of security (at work) so didn't get any warnings - but that may or may not mean there isn't anything bad there.

'A complete scan of all of the computers on my network came back clean. It apparently is some form of RansomWare.

Funny thing is I just saw a commercial for the US Army where they have cyber warfare folks who shut down terrorist site and stop hackers. Seems that the government should put them to work finding the ransomware terrorists. Then send in a team to eliminate them. The word would get around.

Given his stuff-eatin' grin, I suspect he knew exactly what he was doing. But, suspicion of a hunch ain't exactly grounds for an arrest.

Manatees are illegal aliens. They loaf in our Florida waters and make us to idle thru areas they infest. They aren't even good to eat.

The damndest thing is, my dad was designing 90%+ efficient, "off grid" capable solar homes in the '80s. Got an "award" (piece of paper) from the then new DOE for it too.

I recently visited several of the homes, and a Town Hall, designed and built in the early 80s, to give them the original hand-drawn plans (Dad is divesting his office of ancient paper as he prepares to retire/die) and even without proper maintenance, they heat and cool themselves (even in WY winters) without electric or fuel input.

But that is "old school" and therefore isn't "Green"...
