We have a little girl missing here in our County. She is a 3 year old Amish child. She was in the buggy when the horse spooked and took off. They chased it down several country roads but by the time they found it again the girl was missing.
Happened about 10 PM last night. It is 12 degrees .. wind chills below 0.
There have been search teams out all night.
Everyone could use your prayers.
