Thank you Santa!

Post by huntress »

The mail came today and in it was a package for me. I opened it up and it was a beautful sweatshirt from Santa! It is big and comfy and real soft inside. I love it! I wasn't sure how to say Thank you to Santa so I hope he reads this and knows how much I appreciate his gift!

Santa did all right! Hopefully he knows you shoot a Remington (or want to shoot a Remington, or have thought about shooting a remington) and you're not just some kind of wanna be!

Darn, its PINK! Now you'll have to get you a suitable gun to go with it!

There's a lot of good people on this forum, many that have watched you grow and learn with your shooting. I hope whomever Santa is he/she reads this and knows the joy they sent. Very nice!

Thanks for posting the pics.

The look on their faces took me back about 50 years, when I got a BB gun for Christmas. I'm sure my face had a similar look on it. A few years later, I had the same look when Dad gave me a JC Higgins bolt action 16 guage shotgun to chase pheasants with. The rest of my guns I bought with paper route earnings, or got after Dad passed away.

I remember how special it was to receive a gun as a gift from my Dad. Those were magical moments that are burned into my memory, just like my first deer is. Your daughters will remember the gifts they received this Christmas!
