This morning was going well, relatively, She has been sick and weak from the chemo, and has been losing hair by the handful. she was feeling very brave and confident. A girl came in to buzz her remaining locks, and Kat just lost it... Terrible blow to a woman's dignity and pride, I reckon...

Buck -- I'm still here praying for Kat. If I could take her pain I would as I know others would too. As to her losing her pride and dignity over losing her hair, which we know isn't true, she is showing her pride, dignity, and gumption in the fight she is waging against her cancer. I know it's easy to say but hang in there Buck and Kat too and take it a day at a time.
