It was 75 here when I landed. Was out since Monday. Busy week - worked in all four time zones in the continental USA this week! I think it topped off near 78. Would have been a beautiful day to get out to shoot.

How come they put the shooter in a framed box to shoot?

Is that a Parker Trojan? Nice shotguns...and something to see at a clays range!

Feb 17th it was an all time high here in Wichita...78°.......Supposed to be warm all week. That worries me, as the peach and almond trees will bloom, and then we'll be sure to get a hard freeze and have no fruit this year.

As rare as that temp is for PA this time of year I would think that would be cause to break out an "A-1 Special"

But all BS aside , I like any Parker thats shootable !

Sad to say I only have a couple 12 gauge VHE's and a nice old damscus GH 16 gauge .

There is however a like new 10 gauge VH damascus within driving distance that I want to get my hands on !

Good choice!!!

I was thinking go shooting and then come back and do some BBQ'ing (you know, smoke some ribs or butt or chicken) - with a little cerveza to go with. :D

It was only 80 here today - went on a walk with the wife to go see one of the springs in town - we've been talking about bad times and water supply - she's an 8th grade science teacher and did a unit on water = and took the kids around to see one of the six springs in town. Good stuff to know... also confirmed what I'd found about the water table being at a level that would allow for a driven-point well... but I digress....
