Grizzly Cartridge

Post by hunter-angler »

Sorry if I have missed something, but does anyone know what ever happened with the Grizzly Cartridge safari ammo Mike Rintoul was developing a year or so ago?

Interested to see if he had any new .50-110 loads. Thanks.

I have 50-110 Safari ammo, and it is available in 450 grain Kodiak, 500 grain Kodiak and 460 grain PUNCH bullets, each going 2000 fps or so. The Kodiak ammo is $99.95 per 20 rounds and the PUNCH ammo is $150.95 per 20 rounds. I am also happy to make any bullet/weight/velocity to suit your needs on a custom basis. Thanks,

Well, there ya go, Hunter. Even custom if you want. That's great service.

And, for those who think this is expensive, just tell me what it is worth to get the shot of a lifetime and have something go wrong because you used the cheapest ammo you could find. I'll be calling Mike soon for some ammunition to use to practice with before my trip to Africa in May.
