Alright on the coast. We had about 40 homes damaged and a bunch of businesses damaged as well. No fatalities but a couple in the hospital with "serious injuries".

Jacksonville NC is where I'm at.

We came through unscathed, but my brother here in Lexngton got a big tree through his roof . No injuries, but a good amount of structural damage. My brothers in Wilmington and Holly Springs came through ok, too. Thanks

Good to hear everybody's okay. Structural damage, although not any fun, is replaceable.

Sorry guys, after rereading my post from yesterday, it comes
across as a little insensitive. That was "not" at all my intention.
I was trying (rather miserably) to lighten up some, all these very
scary weather patterns and natural disasters that seem to be happening
on a daily basis. You guys are all the best of the best in this forum and
I wish and pray for nothing less than the best for all of you.

Glad it missed those that have reported. Praying for similar safety for the rest of the gang from NC.

I'm OK. No damage at home. I was working at the hospital when the storms hit Raleigh. Stressful shift, but my lab is in the center of the first floor; one of the safest places to be. There were fatalities maybe two miles from where I was.
