.50 Marlin

Post by dandee »

Why can we not get Marlin to bring out a .50 Marlin? I guess they just don't like to make money.
Would love to see them do a .50 Alaskan or .50 B&M Alaskan. COME ON MARLIN.

There is no "Marlin".

... and back when there was, they didn't particularly care what their customer base was interested in.

:?
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

A company has to sell so many units to make a profit. The 50 caliber guns is a nitch market at best. There wouldn't be enough sales volume to make enough profit.

Eggsackly! Notice the plethora of .41s available everywhere......

Marlin would do well to make a few existing models run well.

Marlin needs to concentrate on the QC of their guns right now instead of trying to come out with something new. :o
