Got some much needed range time with the M10 today, can't remember when I took her shooting last. We had a bit of a love hate relationship going though. I started out shooting on this target http://www.reloadbench.com/pdf/files...greytarget.pdf at 7 and 10 yards. Shooting was standing single action slow fire and my POI was very inconsistent on this target, ranging from center, low, and to the right.
Finally I got tired of that target and ran this target out to 15yd http://www.midwayusa.com/Product/630...package-of-100 and kept all 6 rounds in the center. Looks like we need more time together so I can improve on my fundamentals more. I just cant figure how I was all over the place on the first target then right on the money when shooting the B-24 target But then again that 2" circle don't leave a whole lot of room for error.
The ammo was my own reloads consisting of a 158gr TVB SWC over 4.6gr of Unique. I also tried 4.5gr of W231 with the same bullet. I think I'm going to have to load some more of those up as they were very accurate for me.
