I'm sure thieves do to. There's nothing like advertising you have guns in your home when you can't be home 24/7.

Looks easy enough to pull out & put away after the threats been neutered.

From what I've read, an invasion into the United States is highly
feared do to the know and publicized fact that our citizens and
homes are armed.
Doesn't seem to stop the homegrown invaders. I put no stickers eluding to LE or NRA on any of my rigs. I see no reason to give the illgotten a heads up on who or what I'am or believe in. They'll find out soon enough.

I dunno, I'v seen interviews & stuff where they asked criminals about their biggest fears & armed victims are always a big concern for them. True I guess they might focus on you to steal your guns but that does seem uncommon. Kinda like the idea that open carry will make you a target if someones commiting a crime & sees your gun, that you'll be the first shot. 'Cept it dont seem to happen much and a more common sense theory IMO would have the bad guy turn around & come back when theres no armed people in sight. That said there is a huge difference between just owning guns & being prepared to use them for security.

It would seem that the presence of guns deters crime, do they not? Kennesaw, GA seems to be the prime example.
