Ms. J & I spent an awesome weekend in the mountains and did a little trout fishing.

I would post a picture of what I spent the day with yesterday; but I'm pretty sure no one wants to see a short fat ex marine holding a dead rodent.

He is not as photogenic as Lady J.

In creeks like that, you can stand in the shallow parts to access the deeper areas where the fish hang out. Its advantageous to wade, because you are somewhat less likely to get hung up in the trees and bushes.
