Converted lead shot!

Today men I converted home made lead shot into burgers!

Not really Mike, it was given to me from an olee' friend. Goes fro 1oz to 1 3/4oz.

Those look like pretty lean burgers to me. Do they hold together when you cook them? Do you put them in a pan or on a grill?

Looks like a fun hunt! Or should I say shoot?

Yes, shoot! but I don't really care, it is hunting at the end of the day!

No fat added. Best pan fried in some olive oil.

Sometimes I will add any odd left over sausage etc.

Man that looks like fun! I once got to shoot white-wing doves with my muzzle loading shotgun. W. C. Scott and Son, London. They eat pretty good too.
Ate some mourning doves baked in a dressing by an old frenchman who ran our foundry that were very good. He added some beef blood to the dressing.
