tough call = 10mm brass would seem to be much more scarce than either 357 or 308, personally i'd try to trade at a 3:1 ration, but no lower than 2:1 --

A 'starting point' would be to price the brass as available (or not) on MidwayUSA or Graf's or MidSouth, and make your 'trade ratio' accordingly.

my opinion, for what it's not worth...i'd sell the 10mm brass for cash...tough to find...my other thought -- sounds like you want .357 brass, i'd wait for that offer...patience pays off... :)

got this from another forum

10mm for 308: 2 to 1
10mm for 357: 1 to 1

Actual pricing based on MidwayUSA price for once-fired brass:
10mm $0.15ea
308 $0.30ea
357 $0.12ea

I was meaning it would take 3 rounds of 308 or 357, but at least 2 , to equal 1 round of 10 mm --- ie , i'd trade 100 rounds of 10 mil for 300 rounds of 308 (brass only-- assuming the 308 is 7.62x51 surplus stock )

1 for 1 for .357 sounds like it was suggested by someone sitting on a large cache of .357  --- the 10mm brass is worth more to the right person, although both are beginning to become "cultish, cliquish " calibers now that .40 and 9 mil is almost universal
