RIP Mickey Rooney -

He had a 90 year stint as an entertainer. A real class act.

All those pretty girls with him from beginning to end most of kept him young.

We watch his old movies on DVD's. Just got one of him, w/ Mitchum, Philippines in WWII.

I wish someone asked him about our present condition.
I wonder what he would of had to say about the present State of the Union?

He would have been a young adult through the depression, WWII, Korean War, Cold War, Polio, civil rights strife, Viet Nam........At the (somewhat) young age of 62, I think I prefer the 20--s than the 50s through the 90s...I'll bet he did too.....The Fat Lady has not sung, and I have absolute faith that the constitution will someday prevail once more. :D

Does anyone know his stance on firearms? I have been Googling the net, but can not find anything about his opinion on firearms.
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

The Fat Lady singing " God Bless America", she sung it first, for Armistice Day November 1938 by Kate Smith.

I'll bet Mickey Rooney liked it a lot too.

Spent many an hour during my lifetime being entertained by the Mickster. RIP, and thanks for the good times.
