Rabbit stalking

Post by barbarossa »

Took my J Venables 22 Martini sporting rifle out for a rabbit hunt and this was the result. The gun is a joy to carry ,it comes up like an extension of ones arm.

Classy firearm. Good looking future meal. Can't hardly find a bunny here

Good shootin.

I've never owned a Martini. I always thought they were neat and had some cool history.

Same here in Connecticut. It seems they are all gone except in people's yards. By the way nice shooting.

Nice rabbit and very nice rifle. Plenty of bunnies here in the yard but coyotes, owls and feral cats keep the numbers low out in the wilds. We have a roost of eagles about a half mile below the house too. I'm sure they and the resident hawks eat their share.
