Now THAT was funny...!

Love the guy's laugh.

Any idea what the show/interview really was about...?

I loved that ! --- I was laughing hard - that was fun --- 10mm!!

The jokes on me though -- i bought the 42 last year

(no matter, the intro of the 43 doesnt automatically make the 42 a bad pistol -- its a shooter )

Unless it fits into my vest pocket, the LCP will be the EDC...second choice AirWeight, third AirLite....Out in the woods it has to be the .45 of some sort....

I bought a 42 as well. Did I need it? No. But since it is now impossible for mere mortals to obtain in this state, I had bought it because I saw that coming.

Strangely, I bought my 30 in protest to Los Angeles City's ban on selling smallish handguns to mere civilians. They keep making these stupid laws and I'm going to have to keep buying stuff just to irritate them.

I dare say, the little Glock 42 shoots as well as a mid size Glock 23 .40 cal i had the privilege of giving a range workout a few months back --- i was surprised in a great way

But then again, i had similar results with a little Sig P238 (thats the Sig version of the Colt Mustang ) --- yes its a 380, but these are .380's that can poke eyes out at 20 yards  (probably not when under stress though )

I dont know if a G43 will ever make it into my gun room, but that long slide 10mm (the 40) has possibilities :)

I thought it was funny! Of course to appreciate it, you likely need to know at least a few GLOCK snobs that question the validity of any other pistol. I guess the irony comes from the fact that for over 20 years now, GLOCKS have been associated with a HC mag. I have known several guys tell me that my 1911 wasn't worth a stuff based on the fact that it only holds 7-8 rounds in the mag. Now, miraculously Glock produces a 6 shot pistol and Glock lovers declare it is the must have pistol.

I know , and I bet you are still pining away for that little 40 cal firestar you let go !

well, I have one in my nightstand with night sights etc.

and I have one more [ maybe 2 ] of them somewhere stashed away, somewhat worn finish but perfect otherwise. somehow, we need to get one of those to you

I am not kidding.... I don't need 3 of them ....just two :)

we will figure it out.

I have a 40cal Firestar, didn't know anyone else did. I got it out of the safe awhile ago when I got an XDs in .45. I wanted to compare them. About the same size, both shot well, made me realize the Firestar was(and still is) a neat little pistol. God Bless.
