Prayer Request - update

Sorry I wasn't able to make it to the forum a lot this weekend. Busy between Y2K's Eagle (he has his project signed off and is now doing all the paperwork), me preparing presentations for work for next week, and just trying to enjoy the beautiful weather with the family.

We got some bad news last week and it continued to get worse. The day after Easter my Mom's husband was rushed to the hospital. He had been throwing up all day and couldn't stop. At 90, he is very frail, and not in good health. Turns out he got pneumonia from aspirating the vomit, and had a severe urinary tract blockage. Midweek the blockage passed, but he won't/can't eat or drink, so he has been on an IV. He is now not metabolizing the fluids.

Basically, he's lost the will to live. The hospital took him off the IV and called in hospice. Won't be too long given his health.

If you can drop a prayer for my Mom, him and his family, I'd appreciate it. I know they all are and will be hurting when the time comes.

Thank you fellas. He passed this morning around 5:00am EST, in peace. Waiting for the details now. Continued prayers for my Mom, him and his family are truly appreciated.
