Todays pictures.
Four foxes today!
Here is two of them.
90yds and 7yds.
And one for the pot, 167 strides, off hand, got shoulder but was trying for the head!

Good shooting Nath!
Re: Todays pictures.
Good shootin. Is that a 22mag, 17HMR or 22LR? Also, just out of curiosity is there any market for fox pelts over there? I figure if there is, at the rate your shooting them it should at least help you pay for your ammo.

Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes.
Re: Todays pictures.
No one wants pelts any more Rusty. The do-gooders lynch any one wearing real fur today!RustyJr wrote:Good shootin. Is that a 22mag, 17HMR or 22LR? I envy you your hunting enviroment, Nath..........
There's not a huge Fox population hereabouts, but my Son decided to have this Red/Grey mix Fox mounted for his home.
I've only taken a few over the years, via predator calling, but this Fox happened past him while he was in a tree/deer stand.

Thanks for the kind words, Nath - I'll be sure to relay them to him.
He's been into mounting or taxidermy for his better animals, for around 10 years, now.

Well done Nath ! You came to mind last Saturday while turkey hunting I had a big red fox come to the call and peak at me from behind an oak at 10 yards. Seasons closed but I did think its good for you that I'm not Nath
