I was starting to wonder what had happened to today's installment... :D

Sweet combo there. Love the wood on the rifle. :)

I imagine the next several will be posted a bit later each evening. Work is going to get intense - 1Q08 was not kind to the business unit I work in... :(

Yeah, I like the top breaks, they are just too cool. But I wish they were more in my reach though. The wood on that Chaparral is fantastic. 8)
Once again, nice combo.

The wood is nice, but it is a laminate. Skin it and you get a pretty nice chunk of wood, and some stripped theirs, though I don't think it needs to be done.

I just waited until I found the deal I wanted on the Schofield. It was used, but barely so, and the price was a steal! :D

Ysabel,

You say your pics are poor quality, but from what I have seen they arnt half bad. Also, your excellent choice in firearms makes up for any other short comings. It seems we are about half way finished with your series and they are only getting better. Your gonna have to quit soon though because it has made me realize just how far behind the power curve my collection is! :D

Those are sharp!

I had a Navy Arms Schofield in 44-40 that I loved the feel of but couldn't get it to shoot worth a darn. 5" plus at 20yds or more no matter what I tried and finally gave up.
